I have a K2 pressure washer I took the grey nozzles from the patio washer supplied with the washer and replaced them onto my better patio washer with the swivel head . It is now not doing the job as efficiently are the nozzles a different type

We do not have information on differences between types of nozzles but as Karcher list these for replacement it is not unreasonable to assume the high pressure water may eventually wear and open up the spray head gaps reducing their concentration and performance.
