I'm almost in tears as I unscrewed my oven door on my DC543S to clean it and the inside plate on the lower part has dropped. please help. Is there anyway to fix this please. I've tried to find the plate with wire and its not working.

There is little information on the exploded diagrams we have but if there is no screw threads to hold the hinge screws it is likely that a fixing plate has slipped. To access this you may have to take the side panel off the appliance.
