how do you change the hinge as know the screws go into a plate behind the front of cooker. detailed help much appreciated. thanks

there is often a metal plate behind the front panel that the hinge is screwed to. To replace the hinge loosen both screws and remove one to allow the hinge bracket to be twisted away before fitting the first screw to hold the plate. then remove the second screw and replace the bracket before removing and refitting the first screw into its correct position.
