Purchased and fitted new door seal. Now door closure very tight and washing machine will not register closure to commence a wash.
Had to take door locking mechanism off to replace seal, perhaps there is something we have omitted. Do you have any advice on how to correct this ?

- check that electric fitting is connected properly, too interlock mech, or it might need replacing, they blow very easy, it wont start the cycle if not connected properly, or if blown, if the door is tight, it cud be the wrong door seal too,
