I have fitted an new through flow heater and a high temp thermostat to JLDWW1201 and still not got hot water any suggestions please

Please follow this link to check if this product recall applies: http://www.uk-afi.org/product-recall/2007-10-01/jldww1201-stock-number-817-81201 It may be a problem with the control board and the connections to the relay.
