I have contacted Karcher and they told me to break the outer cap off. How do I now fit the new cap please

To remove a stuck cap look for the three holes in the sides and push a screwdriver in and twist. This will brake the cover open, Then push the clutch to engage with the threaded part (break the plastic shaft if required. Place cap cover on and unscrew then replace.
