  This fault can be caused by a worn seal but before suspecting and replacing this check the following. With a soft cloth or stocking carefully run this across the inner drum and see if there is damage to the 'pimples' that is causing damage or tearing. Check you are not overloading the machine and not overspinning fragile clothing as this can cause tearing. If everything else is o k and no excess play in the drum bearings then try another door seal.
