Hoover drum paddle Its secured with 2 screws with the head between drum and outer drum. I can get to rear screw through the outlet hose and see the front one. I have looked all round the drum and there is no other access. How do i get to the front screw?

There is usually access through the sump hose in the bottom or the hose under the dispenser so try both.
