The turbo head on my Henry Hound has stopped working....

...is it likely to be a fault in the hose assembly or the turbo brush itself? The machine gives plenty of suction but its not getting to the turbo head and the turbo isn't kicking in when switched on.

Hi Carolyn Without actually seeing your Numatic Henry Hound vacuum cleaner, it is impossible to tell what is causing this problem. What I would advise is talking to your local Numatic or vacuum cleaner specialist and they should be able to diagnose the problem for you. And that's where we come in! With hundreds of Numatic spares, we're bound to have the part for you.
