I have replaced the main fan motor on a Beko OIF22300X but the replacement fan was not identical to the original. I wasn't sure which way round the connections should go on the new motor. Can anyone confirm which direction the fan should rotate?

This is an AC motor and therefore can only rotate in one direction no matter which way you connect the power leads to it.
