I have done all the advice and cant find a blockage there is water coming out when the filter opened could it need a new drain pump

- I had the same problem, which turned out to be the drain pump that had broken. Mine was easily removed from the underside of the machine at the front (once I had tilted the washing machine and drained out the water from the drum into a bucket by unclipping the outlet hose from the drum)and the correct replacement easily found from the e spares website. It took 10 minutes to fit the new one and saved me at least £100 in repair bills.
