What if there is no model or serial number found? How can you order the correct part?
There seems to be two different units, the difference being the lengths of the white prongs that sit in the water. How would you know which to order if the dimensions are not advertised and you don't have a model or serial number? (I've checked all around the jug and found nothing and I haven't kept the box!)
