Is this what i need?

Hi, I'm recently repairing my Hotpoint Condenser Tumble Dryer (TCM580BPUK) a part of clothing got trapped under the lip of the door and was tangled along with some other bits of the washing, it caused the belt to snap (which I have replaced) and I've also replaced the capacitor just to be sure. However the tumble dryer still fails to start and the spindle on the motor doesn't turn, meaning the problem is not either the belt, nor capacitor. Is the problem going to be with the motor? I've noticed there are no tutorials for this job either and the part is expensive so i want to make sure this is what I need before I order it, thank you.
