Tumble druer continues to count down, however drum and motor don't work
Pushing Start button and button immediately to the left I get E5E code. Do I need a motor control PCB or the panel PCB to repair this please?

This problem could be due to either PCB or the connector between as it indicates both boards are not communicating correctly.
