Will this fix my heating problem?

My Bush WV1275DB Dishwasher has stopped heating up the water, I've gathered this diagnosis due to common problems and helpful tips via the internet but its suggested I replace the heating element. I am confused as to what the heating element is as pictures online do not match what I see in my dishwasher. If I replace this heating casing with diverter in my dishwasher will that solve my issue as I can see this part on my dishwasher quite easily and clearly.
