how do you get it out
This looks like you pull forward and then up to get it out but I have tried to pull it forward and it hardly moves . Any help appreciated

We believe there should be two screws/bolts on each side which should be removed, or a small latch underneath the ice tray which needs to be lifted before sliding the tray out.
