Why oes my bottom fan oven have no power to it?

I have fitted a replacement element after the bottom oven stopped giving out heat. After replacing it there was no power at all, but there is to the top which works fine. I have been told it could be this thermostat. Tried swopping the other in the back(there are two) but oven still did not come on. Any ideas?
