We have just changed the fan motor on the fridge side but the temperature does not seem to be cooling is there something else we need to do ?

If you are getting ice building up restricting the cold air flow see: How to diagnose a fault with a frost free fridge freezer http://www.espares.co.uk/advice/2/2113/how-to-diagnose-a-fault-with-a-frost-free-fridge-freezer If there is no excess ice then the problem is likely to be low gas or a failing compressor. Both of these problems can only be repaired by a Refrigeration Engineer.
