Our oven is a 20 year old,Neff,1031-1D.Today,the igniters on two of the rings are flicking constantly.I can't manage to stop this happening and,if my hand touches the main body work of the appliance,I receive a slight ,electric shock. Any ideas to repair?

Check the appliance is correctly earthed and clean or replace the ignition electrodes if required.
