      Video gives no help at all. How can I find better instructions?

      My cooker has a different door to the one shown on the video as it is a free-standing cooker. I have removed the door from the oven and all the screws I can find, yet cannot separate the broken outer glass door from the side brackets. Any help would be gratefully received. Cooker is a Beko BDVC563AW. Many thanks.
