i have ordered this product but there is no image, is this a spray or is it to be diluted

- I just bought a bottle of this solution. The instructions say it is to be diluted 10:1 so that is what I did and it works a treat
- I purchased a Karcher Window Vac Set which included a small spray applicator which holds up to 250 ml. and is similar to any other liquid spray bottle. This product should not be diluted, but sprayed directly onto the glass/mirror surface.
