I have water at the drinks dispenser buy there is no water getting to the ice maker. I know this because I have checked for a supply from the splitter and nothing comes out. Is this part okay or could there be an electrical fault?

Check the coils with a meter, If OK suspect the tube feeding the ice maker may have frozen and blocked.
