hi my turntable motor looks the exact same as the one shown above the only difference seems the rpm on my one is 2.5-3/rpm and its a 3w instead of 5/6rpm and 4w will this part still work just turn the table a little quicker

As long as the motor shaft end will connect to your turntable drive it will work only rotate faster.
