I have a beko fridge freezer just over 2 years old and the compresser is not working would this be the relay or capacitor

If the compressor is hot and makes a quiet 'click' twice a minute then this is the relay trying to start a seized compressor. A new compressor will need to be replaced by a refrigeration engineer.
