Does this unit control the on/off power to the cooling fan
Cooling fan does not switch off when the oven has cooled down. The only way to turn it off is to switch main oven power off!

It is likely to be the switch as this should switch the cooling fan but the only way to check would be to test it with a multimeter to determine if it has failed.
