Could this cable be connected to RCD directly or it is to get power through the hob?
Unfortunately this is not described well by Bosch which way it could go and there is no additional information about another optional hob to be added or not.

This cable is likely to be limited to 13 to 15 amps maximum and should be connected to a fused outlet rated at no more than this. For further advice we suggest talking to a professional electrician as he will be up to date with the requirements of the 17th edition regulations.
