oven bulb removal
Built-in oven B44M42.3GB purchased in March 2013. Cannot remove bulb cover no matter how hard I try turning it as specified in instruction manual. I don't know where the Rating Plate is so can't provide identity numbers asked for. Manual say's special removal tool is on o/no. 613634. Is that sufficient information for you to supply me with one please?
