How do you remove the "male" part of the coupler i.e. the part that is attached to the drawer back by the two screws provided in the replacement pack? Can you remove it through the outer casing of the warming drawer?

- Unscrew the 2 screws fixed to the drawer runners on the front left & right. Then gain access to the male part by removing 2 further screws fixing the plastic backing plate.
