the problem i have with my neff dishwasher S5453X1GB/74 is that the side arms will not rotate as the diverter that switches between the 2 sidebars is sticking. can you confirm that this diverter is inegral to this heating element, thanks

In the first two pictures you can see the diverters outputs at the top and bottom of the images. On the third image you can see the diverter motor is the black assembly.
