Our electrolux cooker bottom oven does not respond to temp setting and gets hotter and hotter.Is the problem the thermostat and is the bottom oven thermostat the same as the top.

Hi elvis, it sounds as though the thermostat is indeed the problem. The top and bottom thermostats are different parts; to find the bottom oven thermostat for your cooker, search its model number to list all parts available for it.
