Please can you assist? I've managed to remove the band from the outside part of the door seal. Are you aware of best place to go to to see how to remove the inner retaining band? I've seen the video you provide but not sure if I need to be taking the front off. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you I've now also managed to remove the retaining band, unfortunately by undoing the screw for the "Spring", if you can call it that, and pulling it through the top, bending it out of place. Now does the front come off? I'm assuming so as can't any other way to take it out or put in in.
