This was sold as suitable for my Smeg SUK91MFX but it doesn't have a spade fitting for the earth connection.
why does this not have an earth spade and how do I earth it?

The original element is no longer available. Smeg now supply an ellement that is not earthed directly, it will be earthed by the fixing screws to the cavity.
