Is The Oven element for a Siemens HB 12450 GB screwed in from the back.In your helpful video I get the impression that all elements are removed and fitted in the same way.ie from the front

Many oven fan elements are screwed or even bolted from the back. to locate the screws find the element connections and carefully part the fibreglass insulation close to the element base to identify them. Be careful not to drop the screw into the insulation, use a well magnetised screwdriver to hold the screw on to the screwdriver.
