Does the Hoover tumble dryer rear sealing felt for HNC 160 fit into the inside of the drum close to the door. The existing seal perished while I was working away and I am only going on what my wife has told me where the old seal came from

Hi foss281, this seal fits at behind the drum - the other side of the dryer to the door. It is accessed by removing the back panel from the dryer,and fits around the heater support plate (the circular part with a hole at the bottom for heat to go through).
