Hi I'm Mat from eSpares.
In this video I'll be demonstrating how to use the AT338 Glass liquidiser attachment, this attachment is for use with either the Kenwood Chef or the Kenwood Major.
For the purposes of this demonstration I'm not using the bowl so I've put a cover on it just to be safe. Liquidisers are great for making things such as soups, smoothies and milkshakes but for the purposes of this demonstration I'm going to be making Kenwood lemonade.
To start put your liquidiser attachment onto the high speed outlet making sure it’s on nice and tight. Next pop in your ingredients, put your lid on again making sure it’s put on very securely then pop it on maximum for 20 seconds.
Making sure to turn your machine off at the wall, remove the liquidiser attachment, and take your lid off. Next I need to strain the mixture into a container and there we have it, lovely Kenwood lemonade
