Hi, I'm Matt from eSpares.
One of the most common causes of loss of suction on a Dyson DC07 is damage to the internal hose assembly. I'm going to show you how to put a new one in on this Dyson DC07 standard.
Safety first: do make sure you're unplugged from the wall before you do any work.
Now I'm just going to take off the bin and cyclone, and also the post-motor filter that just gives me a flat surface when I turn this over, so it makes it a bit easier to work on. Now here we have the pipe here, I'm just going to pull this end off. Make sure you pull on the actual rubber end of the pipe rather than the pipe itself and then the other end should just twist off.
So, same again to put the new one on, just twist that end on, there we go, and click that end back in. There we go, internal hose replaced on a DC07.
Thanks for watching.
