This video shows an example on how to remove or replace the part on a typical machine, some models may be different but the procedure should be similar.
Step 1 - Safety Advice
Safety First! Please ensure that you have disconnected the appliance from the mains before starting any repair.
Caution: Due to the sharp edges exposed we suggest suitable Safety Gloves are worn to help prevent injury when carrying out this repair.
Step 2 - Replace The Door Seal
All you need to do is start by pulling the old door seal away - from all around. You then need to just take the new seal and proceed to feed it in the same way as to how the old one was before.
Keep feeding it in all the way around. Once you have finished you might be left with some excess seal at the end, if this is the case then you can always just trim off any excess with a pair of scissors or a craft knife.
Well there you go, it really is as simple as that! You have been able to replace the door seal on your dishwasher yourself, with a little help from eSpares, and that means that you have saved money by not needing to buy a new appliance.
