Over time the lint filter in your tumble dryer can get torn, damaged or clogged up with lint or fluff from your clothes. When this happens the build up can cause the air to stop flowing through it. Now replacing the filter is very simple and this video will show you how it’s done within seconds.
It's important to change the lint filter in your tumble dryer to keep it running smoothly. So follow our guide below and within seconds you’ll have your dryer tumbling away drying your clothes.
Safety First! Please make sure your appliance is switched off before beginning any maintenance work.
This video shows an example on how to remove or replace the part on a typical machine, some models may be different but the procedure should be similar.
What You Will Need:
Filter...that's all.
Step 1 - Remove the Old Filter
Simply, pop the door open and pull the filter out from the door.
Step 2 - Refit the New Filter
And just as simple, drop the new filter in the door slot and you're done! Voila
It couldn’t get any simpler. If you really wanted to you can give your old filter a wash to reuse, but we do recommend if your filter is really manky, you should replace it with a new one.
Now with the tumble dryer working good as new, pop the kettle on and relax while the dryer does all the hard work.
