This is the Rolson 27259 Digital Multimeter, it comes with two leads and full operating instructions.
To set up it's very simple, attach your leads firmly into the jacks. To calibrate, simply turn the dial to its lowest ohm setting, iscolate your electrical components and you're ready to start testing.
